Verify current details with Layton and the official UtahRealEstate.com listing before making decisions. Buyers should independently verify details important to them.

Walkthrough requests

Submitting a preferred date and time is a request only. It does not reserve or confirm a showing, establish an agency relationship, or create a contract. Layton will contact you about availability and next steps. Please do not submit sensitive financial or identification information through the form.

Contact and information

By sending an inquiry, you authorize Layton Barney to respond to that inquiry using the phone number or email you provide. The form asks for consent before submission. We use submitted information to respond, coordinate a possible showing, and keep a record of the inquiry.
